Drag and drop images as an inline insert into Outlook HTML emails (or paste inline)

When I want to insert an inline image into an HTML email, I usually have the image readily available in an open folder or on my desktop. If I could just drag the image into the email at the cursor position, or at least have the option to paste a copied image as an inline image, it would save me a lot of time. The only method for doing so currently is to go to the Insert menu, choose Image, and then navigate to the folder - this is redundant when I already have the image available in an open folder.

Also, why must I 'Pop Out' the email (when replying or forwarding) in order to gain access to the Insert - Image option. This is another unnecessary step.
