Not only does it hinder opening attachments but it also deletes iCloud Contacts and iCloud Calendar in Outlook. The only way to re-install these to Outlook 2007 is to uninstall KB3191898. However, the next time Windows Update runs, KB3191898 gets automatically re-installed thus deleting iCloud Contacts and Calendar all over again. TOTALLY AGGRAVATING!
The only way to stop this happening is to untick "Give me updates for other Microsoft products" in Windows Update / Advanced Options.
This is ludicrous, because that stops you getting Security updates for all other Microsoft Office products. VERY DANGEROUS.
Please redo KB3191898 OR allow us to uninstall and hide individual updates in Windows Update running on Windows 10.
